When I review books, I rate them on a scale of 1 to 5 hearts: my very own Heart System. Here's just a small description of what I mean by each rating.
A Single Heart
-Didn't Like It-
For whatever reason, I didn't like this book. One heart is the lowest score I can give a book, so whatever I rate this, in my opinion, is a definite miss.

A Pair of Hearts
-It Was Okay-
-It Was Okay-
This is your average book: it wasn't bad, but it wasn't that great, either. It's probably not worth your time.
A Trio of Hearts
-I Liked It-
Three hearts guarantees a good read. I didn't fall in love with it, but it's something I'd like to have on my bookshelf and maybe read again someday.

This is about as good as it gets. I really enjoyed a book if I rated this. Move this up on your TBR list!
A Full Five Hearts

These books are the best of the best. I'll try to be judicious with 5 hearts, so you can really spot what the best are. Move these books to the top of your stack!
